Charger dammaged & receipt also not received

Dear Consumer Forum.

I'm sending this mail to contact@homeshop18.com

I have not received receipt to claim for my damaged charger & they are also not replacing this.

Dear Homeshop18,

I have take K661 karbonn Mobile from you passed 2month (tracking number) 9146160231 – 7208059409..

Charger is already damaged & I am calling In customer care from much of time…to send the invoice/replace my charger,

No one is doing nothing – IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE you are providing.

& your support person MR.ALOK (bail Buddhi Sala) – Akkal naam ki cheez bhech khaya h.

I have attached the print screen also – so kindly so him & inform him that these are the replacement conditions

& MR.ALOK is saying Warranty is for just 1month now he cannot do.

1) Twelve (12) months for the Transreceived (Mobile phone without Battery).

2) Six (6) months for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries, chargers, handsfree kit, cables and any other accessories that comes in box packing with the mobile phone.

3) Repaired part (s) will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for Thirty (30) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.

Now can you tell me that when You are replacing my charger bacoz how I’m chaeging my mobile with other charger I know..

Otherwise I have to take legal action against homeshop18…
