Phone is not working

Dear Sir,

Rawatbhata is the biggest site of Nuclear Power Plants in India and around 3000 employees are working in Power plant, Mobile SIM are provided by company to all employees. Carbonn mobiles are very good for us as it is having all facilities which we required.

I have purchased Karbonn mobile model No. K330 GSM 900/1800 Serial No. 35248103-2 F71/09, IMEI NO. (1) 352481030703454 (2) 352481030958454 on dated 30/05 from RAVI MUSIC CENTER, BAZAAR NO.2, PO:- RAWATBHATA, KOTA (RAJ) PHONE NO. 93527-64329, 93529-19654,

But it is regretted to inform you that my mobile is giving regularly trouble right from beginning. Presently my mobile is having problem i.e voice is not being received to caller and some time interrupting since one month. I have informed to shopkeeper about the problem but He ignored me and not given proper response whereas it is in warranty period. I am a General Secretary of Supervisors Association and I required mobile phone every time with me.

Therefore I request you to please advice him to replace my mobile with new one immediately.
