Service centre unable to solve complaints

My karbonn mobile model no k551 which is in warranty period is not properly attended by their service centre at nagpur even after giving them 3 times the service centre says that delhi main office do not supply spare parts in time in 8months time the front keypad number has vanished and incoming and out going voice is not heard thier toll free number is non-responsive i appeal to indian public always buy branded products such as nokia, lg, samsung but dont buy karbonn mobile since they are not concerned for doing bisiness in india they dont give email address and dot respond to email complaints
