Hi,

I purchased a Karbonn mobile in Big C at madhapur with cost 2600 Rs. After one month it is not working and then i went to their service center for 3 times even though they did not clear the problem. Even the showroom people also not responding properly for all the 3 time and at last they took and kept for 10 days. Even though it was not clear and again i went they told we don't know u go to service center again. Otherwise you do what ever u want with reckless answer. From 3 months onwards i am roaming here and there. So please rectify my problem ASAP.
