My mother purchased a Videocon fully automatic washing machine on 16/02 from DIGI WORLD, ANKUR CHAR RASTA, AHMEDABAD. We were promised that the engineer from Videocon would come to our place in 24 hours and fix the machine plus give us a demo on how to use the machine.
It's been 20 days GONE since we are still waiting for the engineer to come to our place and fix the machine AND SHOW US PRECTICALLY DEMOSTRATION. Every time we call Videcon service centre asking for demo they give a false promise that it would happen by EOD.
