POSTPAID MOBIL BILL
NON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY BILL

Since Nov I have not received any monthly bill on my mailing address. Inly weekly sms is being sent by your service centre without any details of usage of calls. It means the service centres are cheating us. I have caled so many times on *333 but no any action is being taken by service centre Srinagar. I have already submitted all documents as well my mailing address but no action. After sending this on line complaint no action is taken within 07 days I will file a case in the consumer court for cheating me and sending excess amount on sms only.
