Worst service for battery replacement

My name Rajnish B.Shete, invoice no:551504867/100902/3, dated:2/9.

handset: nokia n97 mini

problem: charging battery low capacity.

battery model: BL-4D.

NOKIA CARE CENTER: KAUSTUBH TELECOM

SHOP NO8/9, SHANKAR SHETH ROAD PUNE 01.

As per the deal i was to get the battery within 8 days but today 20 days passed but still i am not getting the batery nor any positive feedback from the "nokia careless centre".

this dealer should really change the name plate to the above mentioned.

because 1) neither the mentioned mobile nos. are responding.

2) neither the customer is getting the feedback for the emails.

we have to go to the Kaustubh nokia Careless centre for getting the feedback.

on one hand nokia is asking people to connect to the world & on the other hand these nokia careless people in the careless centre are creating panic for the customer.

everyday the person is giving new delivery dates.i think the main person is not proper.

first of all nokia should train the careless people how to serve the customer & if they pass in this than only the dealership for the nokia care should be given.

if u people really care for the customer & their complaints than the person who will read this should 100% contact me on my mobile no:9850820060.

as these people dont have any head above them they are irresponsible.

they neither provide us the no. of the head office.

why.

there is one saying told to us by our grandfather:

three reasons why dissatisfied customer dont come:

1) they dont get proper service.

2) no interest in complain as he thinks it would not make any difference

3) says better to buy from somebody after the bad experience.

it depends whether u satisfy me or u come under the categoery mentioned in above quote.

actually the best way to end the letter is by saying thanks, but in this case it doesnt happens.

so sorry for making me write this letter.

expecting the response of the head personal on my mobile tomorrow itself that is on 22/9, as mentioned without giving me the reason of ganesh visarjan.
