Washing machine board problem

My washing machine was not working.i made a complaint to local service centre in trivandrum, kerala. on 2 months before.the service engineer visited 2 months before and said that, the board has to be replace, so u have to get the board with in 5 days.my complaint no is BO412.after that nobody turned up.i made a call somany times..no response till now. if this is the situation with your servicecentre then what we have to do... kindly dothe needful as early as possible.
