i have an ac of kelevinator split 1.5 ton and using by me for 3 yrs. (aprx) a book complaint on date18.04.2011 complaint nojai1804110186 and next time comaplin has missed by me.not only i copmplaint book non customer are but also i have talked to your service manager mr.satveer singh on his mobile no 8875025125 and mr .rajesh kapoor 8875025124 after i arequest to mr.rajesh kapoor he asked me please cut your outdoor and bring in jaipur then i can replace otherwise nobody can give you service at your city TONK .Think what is your service departmet doing in rajasthan i suffering dead ac in hot days may and jun is going to start so please give fast remedy otherwise i will go to leagal gainst all of you
