Sir,

I complaint so many times at your call center but i did not get satisfied action from your side.only one time ur engineer come to my home and said "the part that u need is not available in service center as soon as we got it than i come and repaire your machine."But thaire after i did not get any response from ur side.when i called service center or call center ur employee have so many excuses but no solution. Now i fade up I think I got mistake to buy ur company machine. If i do not get Proper solution than i have to go in legal.
