Refrigerator not working

Hi, this is pradeep, Iam having a refrigerator of 195FF bought in 2002. Since 1 month my fridge stopped cooling and i booked a complaint with number HYD1203100011, mobile no. 9849038638 on 12-03. On 13th one guy attended the complaint and checked thoroughly and identified the problem and said the problem is with timer and said another person will attend. After 2 days another person came and he removed the faulty timer and i dont know whether he repalced with new one or not, but he has not given the old one, and said that there is no gas in the compressor itseems, another person will attend and went off with 250=00. Since then no person attended. Today morning also i gave the complaint again, no person attended. Please send correct person to get repair the fridge, which is now fully stopped working. I need a service from u, can u make some other know techie to attend it and get repaired permanently. Kindly do the needful, for which act of kindness I shall be ever thankful.
