This is to inform you that your company Refrigerator with Model KF 260 PREMIUM of 250 liters silky gray which was bought from KANNANKANDY HOME APPLIANCES AT CALICUT is under continuous repair since it was bought.

I had selected your product from the market as your prestige company holds a higher fame in the Indian market.

But I painfully inform you that your product performance was really very pathetic.By the past 2 years i had called 6 times for the service of this refrigerator. We the customers by a product with faith in your company and when the things go worst i sincerely inform that these actions will negatively incident on your products.

The rubber beeding on the refrigerator door has got detached from it once and the same had happened again. Due to some errors within the refrigerator the covering of the bulb got melted. My refrigerator is no frost model but now refrigerator is full of frost inside the freezer.

What does it mention? I am not going to complaint the dealer or the product now. What i prefer is to leave my refrigerator in front of the KANNANKANDY APPLIANCES the shop from which i had bought it.

I REQUEST THE COMPANY TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS FOR THE SAME.
