Freezer box useless

We purchased kelvinator refrigerator on march after two months of usage the freezer box fitting on one side came off and the box is hanging on one side (the front left came off), when called for the cust care the tech came and he told nothing can be done for thr fitting and don't use the freezer insted use the tray under the freezer. THIS FREEZER IS USELESS pls do something. I tried one more time with the cust care again the same tech came repeated the same .what can be done pls adv...
