I made a mistake to buy a Kelvinator Refrigerator. Its compressor is giving a lot of sound. I lodged a complaint your service number. The complaint (K2306120079) is pending since 23-06 your SMS said it will be attended within 48 Hours. But neither complaint is being attended nor your engineer Mr. Surinder of Ambala Service Center is picking my phone even after dozens of calls to him. The local (Ambala) service center number (8930009399) provided by your customer care executive is also not valid. The customer care executive only send reminders of urgent complaint and do nothing also they hold for a long time and then ask to call again.

This is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life.
