Compressor Problem

I have purchased a Kelvinator fridge on 03.10.2008 from Radio house, 172-173 yadav complex, nehru road, sadar bazar Lucknow, Serial No of fridge is 6362. When i have purchased the fridge then there was some cooling problem for which i have complaint to the shop keeper and nothing has been done. Finally when it stopped working then i have complaint the same on 02.11.2009 then he has send some engineer from Quality India Electro- care Pvt Ltd and complaint number was LUC-0112090095. Then as per engineer there was Gas problem in compressor and my fridge got repaired and i have to pay the charge of Rs985 to them. Then i have thought that now my issue has been resolved.

Now again the same problem starts and again cooling of my fridge stopped whitin a year. This time again i have called the toll free number and logged a complaint on 04.12.2010 and complaint number is LUC-0312100112 and this has been taken care by A & A Electronic Services Aliganj, Sector J, Lucknow and now as per engineer my compressor got damaged and i have to pay gas charge and some other charges and they have to replace the compressor.

Now my point is when i have purchased a Brand of Kelvinator then why i have to suffer this much. Now i am totally fed up for the services and in future i have decided not to purchase any of the brand of Kelvinator. Being a reputed compant you should take care of your clients. When problem starts whithin a year then why i need to pay the charges again and again.
