No cooling in the fridge

Sir i am a citizen of up aligarh.i had taken a fridge kelvinator mod no-kal.2331 on 17.10.09 from goyal electronics on ramghat road .the problem in our fridge is that there is no proper cooling and the things kept in the fridge gets spoilt.we even tried to tell our problem to the sales man he told that its not their problem so they gave us a number of customer calll center .we called there and a man came at our house who checked our fridge and told that there is gas porblem so sir i please request you to give us another fridge in place of the fridge that we have.
