Defreezing

I have purchased the kelvinator refrigerator on Mar. On the 5th month onwards the defreezing is in problem. So I have made complaint and they have come attended the complaint and said not problem in it. Again past one month the defreezing is problem and I have made the complaint. One mechanic is coming from Karaikudi and asked to pay Rs.850 to rectify the mistake. So, Kelvinator take up the matter with the dealer and asked to rectify the complaint.
