I have purchased Kelvinator Fridge S.No. 9811062631100068 for Rs.13000 from Atul Radio House, Railway Road, Ghaziabad, U.P.

This fridge is having water leakage-problem since the day we bought it. Many times maintenance engineer of your company came and fixed the problem temporarily. Meanwhile I have also requested to change the piece, but your company only assured me that the problem will be solved soon. But still I have this problem of water-leakage. and out of few complaint numbers one is 752 and other complait numbers are supposed to be in your record. Plz try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
