I bought a new Kelvinator refrigerator 201L-Ksl215 on 12-04 for 10, 400 rupees. Product code: 14000013928. Right from the day of delivery, I have found manufacturing default i.e. improper door settings. I have complaint for the same as on 12-04 (date of purchase). Two of their representatives visited to solve the issue, but in-spite of providing permanent solution. They just tilted the lower clip of the door. Still door setting is improper. I requested them to replace the newly purchased product, but without my consideration they have closed my complaint & avoiding replacement of product with manufacturing fault. Still we are not using this product. So we are suffering after purchasing product with manufacturing fault.
I am very much dissatisfied with the pathetic service from Kelvinator. I request Indian Consumer Seniors to get the replacement of newly product purchased.
