I Naresh kumar BPO Ghudani Kalan Teh. Payal Distt. Ludhiana (PB). bought kelvinator Refrigrator no KF 260A from Gobind Electronics Samrala Chowk Khanna (PB) Bill no 355 AmountRs 13800/- dated 7-9 But this product is not very good. Company's engineer visited many times in my house. But your Khanna service center cut of a wire and your product reached in your khanna center. I paid Rs 600 labour and Rs 700 transport charges. After this your product reached in your customer care center plat no 78 indutrial area phase 2 Chandigarh dated 9-1 at bill no 2698. I paid Rs4780/- and Rs 3000- transport charges. Your company and your customer care center cannot help me in warranty charges as well as compressior and other rerigerator parts .please provide compensation from your company.
