Need answer regarding the ups

Dear Sir,

I am Miss. Shruti Gadkari working in KEM HOSPITAL, RASTAPETH, PUNE, need a information regarding the APC UPS 5000VA . The same UPS is giving overload indication.

What can be the problem? Tripping is also taking place. Please can you tell us the solution to this problem.
