I purchased a Kenstar AC KT12CN 1T SPL 1105080116900446 from you on the 13/4 for Rs.10, 000/- vide your cash receipt No.54-PBN04-09SIAO 110. You assured me that you will give good and reliable service. You have also given me a guarantee slip.
But I regret to inform you that the AC has been not work past 2 weeks. The equipment is steel under guaranty we have made several complaints to Vijay Sales and also in the customer care to Kenstar. But still there is no action on our complaint.
