Motor fail

I buy a ken star air cooler 15 days back worth rupees 6500/ rupes and it is not working now i given a complaint to the custamer care but there is no use after three days they came and said that motor fail at last they said we replace the motor on monday date 5/4 i am waiting for u r representative dont delay
