Bad product plus extremely poor maintainence

I had purchased a Kenstart Slimline air cooler last year from Raj Kamal electronics showroom at Chikkapally, Hyderabad. The motor broke down and a complaint was given on 28th May. Its 4th June and no response from the Kenstar team. Repeat calls gives no response. Their manager, Ram Singh's number in Hyderabad is never picked up.
Very upset with the quality of the product and service, one of the worst companies I have come across. They should learn from companies like Samsung & Whirlpool. Just goes to prove that Indians still look at one billion one time customer and not interested in building loyalty by repeat consumers.
