Kenstar Iron not working

I have purchased a Kenstar iron, but to my great surprise the iron got some problem the very next day and the problem continues. I have given it to service center 3-4 times but the problem occurs the very next day. The services are too bad to handle. I am fed up with this. What is the procedure if i want another piece of my product.
