No after sales service

I am Jagruti Parikh, residing Halol, PMS, Gujarat. I have purchased kenstar washing machine four years back. After using it two year, there was a problem. I loged a complaint for the same & one executive came from company & replaced PCB. Then it worked for one year & again the same problem arised. Then i loged a complaint. Its more than one year i laged compaint, no one is interested in service. I am suffering a lot after investing almost Rs.15000. Right now the machine is useless & i am also suffering from these Kamvali bai.

This is really a shameful. This company should be banned for business in India who is not providing after sales services.
