Kenstar
Terrible service

The tag line of "World's No 1" against the name Kenstar shows that they rightfully claim that tagline for the "worst products in the history of industrialisation". My company purchased an air-cooler in May (still within warranty period). The product broke down within a month. They never responded to the calls. Several months later, I got a person to come and check it and replace the blower and it broke down again in 2 weeks! The cycle repeated again and these guys (Mukesh Rathod, Irfan Golundas, Nilesh, Vyas etc). With great efforts I raised the complaint to a manager cadre guy named 'Nithesh' who promised me decent service promptly. I haven't heard from him in days and neither is he picking my calls. Even a manager does not keep his word in Kenstar. I agree that this company should be banned in India. Such irresponsible people should nt be taken into any private company. The government employees are more loyal to their organisation than these cheats.
