Complaint no: THA100810012 not yet resolved. Mr Zohaib (9323723129) had visited our place on 13.08.2010 and taken the button panel of the machine for repair and has not yet turned up. Giving all lame excuses.
This poor services needs to be improved.
Please take necessary action on priority.
