No after service at all

I bought a Ken star cooler from next e mart in April this year which has a warranty for 1 year. It has not been working properly since May. Even after complaining for more than 20 times on phone, and going personally and filing a complaint for at least 6 times, no action has been taken.

Again, customers are considered fools.
