Megnetron replacement in defective 25ACF model microwave oven

My brother has been using 25ACF model microwave oven since last three years at Ongloe (AP) and since last 3-4 months the local service team of Kenstar is unable to arrange MAGNATRON SPARE (Part No. M241B-210A) which is required to be replaced as per your Ongole service team. It is surprising that such a high cost spare part is not available in whole of Andhra Pradesh to replace and satisfy the customer and your service centre team is asking to arrange us from elsewhere to set right the defective oven. My brother's mobile no. is 09440432836 and ask your team to get in touch for further action from Kenstar. Living at Bangalore, I came to know that the said spare part is available freely and request to depute a technician from Hyderabad/Bangalore and do the needful.
