Not functioning, total damage

Dear team,

We are using the microwave oven by kenstar for the past 5 years, recently it got damaged and not able to power on and off immediately. And moreover, the heating is also very less compared to previous weeks.. Pressing buttons is also the major issue .. Kinly resolve the issue and do the needful..
