Electric rice cooker hot plate deshaped due to over heeat, given for serviceing at kenstar authorised service centre near Tarnaka, after twenty days the electric rice cooker was returned back in disamantled condition. Is this the way Kenstar provides after sales service? Contacted call centres many times and is of no use. Kenstar to look into it immediatley.
