Eplacement ofdefective product

I had purchased a KENSTAR 23 lt Convection Microwave on 08/03 from Great Eastern, 66 Syed Amir Ali Ave, Kolkata.

On opening the pack, it was discovered that the product is not in proper shape. The matter was immediately reported to Great Eastern and they committed a replacement.

But since then repeated phone calls have been made by me but they have failed to replace. Now they suggest that I settle for Videocon product.

I am greatly shocked at the irresponsible attitude of the dealer. I would like to draw attention of relevant authorities so that the matter is resolved at the earliest and the Kenstar product is replaced.
