Hello,

My Name is Shankar Majumder from Kolkata, West Bengal. I purchased your product (Model No. CP0118H) on 26th May. My experience was altogether bad -

The dealer namely SUR SANGEET (Address: P-343 C.I.T Road, Scheme VIM, Phulbagan, Kolkata-700054) charged me Rs.5, 400 (Bill No.1935, dated 26.05.2012). Whereas the box was showing MRP.Rs.5, 289 including VAT.Unfortunately it went wrong.

After that the device was not working properly from 3rd June. I started trying complaining and ultimately it was rechecked by the service official on 7th June (after calling them more than 25 times with several complain numbers).

It was really pathetic that I should know before buying any KENSTAR product regarding such issues.

Please correct if my notion is wrong regarding your company.
