I purchased a kenstar food processor from big bazar on 15 August and sales person committed me that i'll get demo at my place with in 48 hours but today its 30 August and even after several reminders telephonically as well as personally i have not received any demo.

every time the staff as well as manager of big bazar apologises and that's it.
