Parts missing yet Kenstar is not catering to it

this is the 8th complaint id I have received from Kenstar since the time i bought the food processor on 3rd may. there are quite a number of parts that are missing in the appliance but no one is catering to my request. in fact the technician Mr. Salim - 9920832521 came for a check and did not respond thereafter. Even after n number of calls to Kenstar customer service, they are not paying any heed to my request
