Kenstar Food Processor
Very poor service

Sir,

I have purchased Kenstar Food processor, Karishma from Ranchi (Universal Traders, Opp. Sri Lok Complex, Hazaribag Road). Now My food processor Micro switch has gone faulty as informed by Authorized Service centre-N.K.Electrical &Refrigeration, Near Ratan Talkies Chowk, Main Road, Ranchi. But Micro switch is not available with service centre. Service centre representative is not able to give any specific date for providing same. Every day he says that tommorrow u will get. As this is very important appliance used daily. I am facing lot of problems. This type of poor service is not tolerable for any renowned company. What to do?
