No response for repeated complaint

I have purchased a kenstar food processor from Croma Centre at Vashi 15 months back which is within the warranty period. I had made a complaint regarding the motor failure of the processor 1 month back after that I have been given three complaint number (mentioned below) when ever I called at the customer centre they give the service provider name and number. After 15 days a technician visited and told that motor will required to be changed and as new motor is not available it will be changed within a day or two. Now from last 7 days I keep on calling the service provider and they are keep on telling that they will visit by evening but there evening does not come yet and I have spent 7 such evening and now the situation is that either they don’t receive my call or disconnect it & today one of the concerned person switched off his mobile. My point of concern is that they should be clear enough to make the consumer at ease but they always keep me running behind them.

I kindly request you to do something in this regard & take necessary action
