Unable to use the product and poor response from the service team

Electronics and household app.

I have purchased Kenstar food processor on July 17.

The unit stopped working just after the first instance of use and repeated almost every month. Registered complaints regularly. Initially the service center used to attended within 24 hours. Of late there is no response for the complaints registered and the unit is just not in a condition to use. Poor response from the call center /service team. Escalated to senior members, no response... Basically it is a mental harassment from the team and currently they are not even attending my compliant nor ready to replace the unit. This has affected my daily routine.
