No DEMO or INSTALLATION Visit For Food Processo

I have Purchased Kenstar Food Processor on 24th april From VASHI (Hypercity) Mall. I brought it to my place at Nagothane. I was assured by the sales person for the Demo & Installation. Since it is part of the warranty, till date I have not yet opened the Box. After so many Call centre follow ups nobody has turned up yet to my place.

My Cash Memo for the Purchase is 3110 dated 24/04 at HyperCity. Whenever I called they promise me for the visit and nobody turned up for the same. The Call centre ticket Nos. are CHA2504100546, THA0505100264, THA0306100088. The contact Person at Hypercity is Ms. Jagjit Kaur. Her contact No is 9930219760. Nobody is responding. My details are with Hypercity in the register.
