Kenstar Iron Wave
Regarding the BAD SERVICE

I purchased a Kenstar Iron (Wave Model) from Sangavi 1.5 years back with 1 years warranty. After 6 month it was started giving some problems. I complained the same to the shop owner, he was keep saying me that I will convey your problem to concerned person but I didn't get any service. After that I complaint the same twice (Complaint No: PUN1906110023, PUN1405110063) to Kenstar service center, after a very long time I get a call from Mr Ganesh (Kenstar Area Manager Pune) he assured me to replace the iron but after 2 months still I am waiting for the service from the Kenstar.
