NO RESPONSE FROM SERVICE CENTER

Sir, i have been using a KENSTAR MICROWAVE for approximately 4 years now, within this time period the appliance has failed to operate frequently to which i have availed the home service option, still the problems did not cease to continue so i had to give it to a local service center here in JAIPUR authorized by kenstar named

TECHNOVISION - 23 Shubh Mangal Complex, New Sanganer Road Sodala (Ph 0141- 2293444, 3295789)

it has been over a week now . till now i havent been notified even once by the company nor have i been given any information on the fault, moreover when i call them, they keep saying that they would call me in the evening but they never do.
