Kenstar LCD TV
Not working from local control pannel

During Aug I purchased a 32" Kenstar Make LCD TV from Vijay Sales Ghatkopar West. After two weeks I realised that TV is not functioning from local control pannel. I lodged the compaint. The enginner visited and advised to replace the pannel. However till date he has not turned up for defect rectification/replacement of control pannel. As of now the TV is operational from remote.
