Hi Team,

I Purchased Kenstar Microwave on date 18/11, Model number: KF20CBGT-MGA, Serial number: 110809300502301563. I used the same few time, now it is not working I registered many times complaints on customer care number (18004194040), my last complaint number is GHA0706110398.

Product warranty is 24 months from date of purchasing.

In microwave company defect, its door is defected microwave comes through gate as engineer warns us while his visited, but they not changed the gate also.

Engineer visited but he didn't serviced properly and still microwave is not working and again I registered complaint on customer care with above reference number but now is pending for a long time, every time fake commitment no one is listening and on Kenstar website no email address given for complaint, so I am complaining through you, please help me for resolving my problem.
