Sir,
I was looking forward to the person who was being sent to my place for the microwave demonstration, after I bought the product. But after waiting for two days I was attended by some person who was not authenticated for the same. No demonstration as such was given, the person does not seem to have enough knowledge about the product and could not explain the working of the appliance.
