Defects

My microwave is under warranty and purchased from delhi. Now I have shifted to above address. The microwave has developed defects such as base plate running continuously even after power supply switch in off position. The customer care at delhi could not provide me any tele no or address near my place of residence. I am not knowing where to contact and whom to appropach. Please guide.
