Kenstar Microwave Oven
Poor service

I have purchased kenstar microwave oven -20 DCF from ASSOCIATED ELECTRONICS Coimbatore on 13/10, Invoice No: DG /3080. On April month 2010 i made a complaint to service centre (0422 2491317) through phone that convection and griller are not functioning. Mr. saravanan attented and went away without completing it and he told that will return back with spare (Heater). After his service micro also did not function. Again i called servicing and it was attended by Saravanan, now micro is working, but griller and convection not attended. I was asked to call sridhar (mobile 9677765631) by service centre person. Even after repeated calls daily they don't respond. Please do the needful at the earliest.
