Kenstar Microwave Oven
Eplaced front panel is not not working

My 25 lts kenstar microwave had aproblem in the front display panel and it was changed by authorised service centre in puducherry the call was attended by one technician and the parts was replaced by a person who had the connections written in paper and connected the panel and soon after the connection the display was not proper and i complained immidetely the authorised person does not shoed any intrest as they promised the replacement within 6 months but on immidete failure they are not responding and i complained to kenstar too but useless

what is use of authorised service centre.
