Defected part not replaced yet

Hi there,

I purchased Kenstar Microwave Oven 20L KE20CBGJ on 9/9 from Lotus, Indore. Before three months I have seen that there is a hole in upperside of hitting tube. I made complaints many times but there is no response from your customer care. Your engineer Mr. Chandan Pawar visited my house, after checking it he told me that the steel part will change entirely and assured me to replace it within a week.

It is around three months, no action is taken yet. At your toll free, every time they give me a complaint no. but no action is taken yet. This is my last approach direct to the company and if I did not get any solution I must have to go to the consumer forum to resolve this issue. If you provide me a solution it would be a great support.
