Front Panel On/OFF SWitch Not working

The complaint for microwavw oven was made for front panel on/off switch not working..The panel was taken by service engineer from ken star on 13th April .wi th assurance that PCB repair is neede and will be fitted back within two days. After lot of prsuasion the service engineer came after a month with the panel which was still not oin working condition. This was againtaken back for repair with apromise to doo the job in a couple of days. Now after agap of 15 days the job is still to be done.
After sales service very bad. Kenstar scustomer care gives routine reply with no satisfactory answer.
